My TOS

TOS - short for terms of service, so the rules my commissions go by. By commissioning me you automatically agree to them.

Most of these are changeable when discussed with me first.

General Terms:

  • Please be nice and provide proper references. 


  • If I see inappropriate behavior I'll cancel the commission. In some cases you'll be excluded from future commissions.

Payment/prices:

  • All painted commissions will be payed after I showed you the final sketch. Sketch commissisons are payed upfront


  • Ill accept payment (prices in €) via PayPal, unless discussed otherwise


  • Prices are determined by the amount of work I have to put into an artwork and can vary accordingly


  • Extra characters are +70% or +50% for painted sceneries (maximum 3 characters)

Process:

  • Ill provide WIPs if asked for them


  • The painting/drawing process can take up to 1-5 months, I always try to finish the piece within reasonable time, so that the quality doesn't suffer.

I will draw:

  • feral/anthro/human
  • mythical creatures
  • fanart
  • natural environments

I will not draw:

  • NSFW/extreme gore/other fetish art
  • modern settings (unless in a dystopian look)
  • customs (off of a text description)


Artistic freedom

I'm working with mostly muted colors and I might have to change/tone down colors or change minor features of your characters design to achieve the same kind of quality seen in my examples (all changes will be discussed first).

Revisions: 

  • in the rough sketch phase you'll have as many revisions as needed.
  • in the clean sketch phase on you can only change minor things (nothing impactful pose wise)
  • After the piece is done ill only change small marking/color mistakes 

(Great changes in the clean sketch phase and onwards might come with a  fee)

Copyright:

Commissioners are allowed to:
- Use the artwork for personal/noncommercial use
- Post it with proper credit

I as the artist am allowed to:
-Post the artwork on my social media and use it for promotion/portfolio

Commercial rights:
-You can buy the commercial rights for a extra fee that will be discussed beforehand and based on the expected income the piece will make.
-You'll be able to sell prints or merchandise with the commissioned piece

  • I can cancel the commission at any time and am able to decline them upfront.
  • If the commission is cancelled, there'll be a 70% refund unless I am cancelling the commission myself in which case there'll be a 100% refund.
